Where do I cancel my booking?

In My bookings. Open the booking and tap "Cancel Booking" under the summary. Pick your move-out date (for a stay in progress), write a short reason, and the screen shows the exact refund before you confirm.

• Before the host approves: you can withdraw the request from the same screen; nothing was charged.
• After approval but before paying: simply do not pay — the request cancels itself after 24 hours — or withdraw it.
• A confirmation message is also posted in your chat with the host.
