How much do I get back if I cancel before moving in?

It depends on how many days are left until move-in. 31 days or more: 100%. 16–30 days: 50% of rent, maintenance and service fee, but 100% of the cleaning fee. 15 days or less: no refund. (Within 24 hours of paying you may qualify for free cancellation — see that article.)
- 31 or more — Rent + maintenance + service fee: 100% · Cleaning fee: 100%
- 16 – 30 — Rent + maintenance + service fee: 50% · Cleaning fee: 100%
- 15 or less — Rent + maintenance + service fee: 0% · Cleaning fee: 0%
- "Days until move-in" = move-in date minus the day you cancel. Exactly 30 days counts as the 50% tier.
- Only the first installment has been paid at this point; nothing else is charged.
- Your cancel screen shows the exact amount for your booking before you confirm. Amounts are rounded down to ₩100.
- Refunds go to the same card within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
