Can I see refund examples with numbers?

Here are two worked examples. Your own booking's cancel screen always shows the exact figures for your contract.

Example 1 — cancelling 20 days before move-in. First installment: rent ₩1,500,000 + maintenance ₩300,000 + service fee ₩180,000 + cleaning fee ₩350,000 = ₩2,330,000. With 16–30 days left, you get 50% of rent + maintenance + service fee (₩1,980,000 ÷ 2 = ₩990,000) plus 100% of the cleaning fee (₩350,000) → ₩1,340,000 refunded.

Example 2 — leaving early during your stay. Each installment is ₩1,650,000 for 30 days (rent ₩1,500,000 + service fee ₩150,000, no maintenance in this example). You are on day 10 of the second installment and the third installment (days 61–90) is already paid. 30 days from your move-out date are kept as the cancellation charge, which uses the remaining 20 days of the current installment plus the first 10 days of the next one. The remaining 20 days of the third installment are refunded: ₩1,650,000 × 20 ÷ 30 → ₩1,100,000 refunded.

All amounts are rounded down to the nearest ₩100.
