When will my refund arrive?

Refunds are sent to the card you paid with as soon as the cancellation is confirmed. Your card issuer then takes 3 to 7 business days to show it on your statement; for some overseas banks it can appear as a reversal of the original charge rather than a new line.
- The booking shows Refunded once we have sent it.
- No new card or bank account is needed — refunds cannot be sent anywhere except the original card.
- Not visible after 7 business days? Ask your bank first with the date and amount; if they have no record, contact us with your booking ID.
