A. Yes — you can obtain a lease confirmation certificate once your payment is complete.

This document can be used as proof of residence for Alien Registration (ARC), visa extensions, or school submissions. It includes the landlord and tenant information, property address, lease period, rent, and payment history.

Here is how to get it:

1. Once your first payment is completed, a Reservation Details → Lease Confirmation Certificate button will appear
2. Select either the Korean version / English version, depending on the language required by the receiving organization
3. Use your browser's print function to save as PDF or print on paper, and you're done (no reissue limits)

Even before payment, you can preview the details via Preview Lease Confirmation Certificate on the checkout screen. If you would like to see what the document looks like, you can view a sample contract.

Some immigration offices may request additional documents. In that case, please contact us with your contract number and we will gladly assist you.

From the moment your first payment goes through, and at any time after that — even after your contract ends. Open the booking and tap "Lease certificate", pick Korean or English, and print or save as PDF. Before payment (status Payment pending) you can only see a watermarked preview, which has no legal effect.

Available for: Confirmed, Move-in, Now staying, Expired bookings.

Not available for: requests the host has not approved, cancelled or declined bookings, and bookings ended by early move-out with a refund (the dates would no longer match).

• Everyone listed under Guest details appears as a tenant.
• Amounts are in Korean won; dates are written in the chosen language's format.
• Re-issuing is unlimited and free.

Yes — open the sample page to see exactly what the certificate looks like in Korean and English, including the sections for the parties, the address, the contract period, the rent and the booking number. Show it to your school or immigration office in advance if you want to confirm it will be accepted.

Contact us with your booking number and tell us exactly what the office asked for (a photo of the request helps). Offices differ in what they want beyond the lease certificate — for example a landlord ID copy, a building register extract or proof of payment — and we will help you get what is possible.

• The certificate itself can be verified: the office can email help@homesinkor.com with the booking number.
• Allow a few days before your appointment for anything that depends on the host.
