5. Terms

This lease is a deposit-free, prepaid-rent arrangement; rent is paid in advance per installment.
Cancellation before check-in: full refund if more than 30 days before check-in, 50% if 16–30 days before, no refund within 15 days (the cleaning fee is fully refunded except within 15 days).
Early check-out after check-in: 30 days of fees from the check-out date are charged as an early check-out fee; any prepaid period beyond those 30 days is refunded on a prorated basis.
