When and how do I get my lease certificate?

From the moment your first payment goes through, and at any time after that — even after your contract ends. Open the booking and tap "Lease certificate", pick Korean or English, and print or save as PDF. Before payment (status Payment pending) you can only see a watermarked preview, which has no legal effect.
Available for: Confirmed, Move-in, Now staying, Expired bookings.
Not available for: requests the host has not approved, cancelled or declined bookings, and bookings ended by early move-out with a refund (the dates would no longer match).
- Everyone listed under Guest details appears as a tenant.
- Amounts are in Korean won; dates are written in the chosen language's format.
- Re-issuing is unlimited and free.
