What happens if I leave early (move out before my contract ends)?

You can leave early. From your move-out date, 30 days of rent, maintenance and service fee are kept as a cancellation charge; anything you have already paid beyond those 30 days is refunded in proportion to the days. The cleaning fee is not refunded. If you have 30 days or less of paid time left, there is nothing to refund — and nothing more to pay.

How it works:

1. Open your booking → "Cancel Booking" and choose your move-out date (today or a future date).
2. The screen shows the exact refund with a breakdown; tap ⓘ on each line to see the calculation.
3. Confirm. If you chose today, the refund is processed now; for a future date, see "I set a future move-out date".

Example: you paid an installment covering 30 days and leave on day 10 of it, with the next installment also paid → 30 days from your move-out are kept, and the paid days after that are refunded. With only the current installment paid, the refund is ₩0.

Not an early move-out: days you simply did not use while the contract continues (see "Can I leave my room empty for a while?").
