Can I cancel for free?

Yes, within 24 hours of paying — as long as it is also more than 24 hours before 3:00 PM on your move-in day. Meet both conditions and you get 100% back, including the cleaning fee and service fee. Miss either one and the normal refund rules apply.

Examples (move-in on the 27th at 3:00 PM):

• Paid on the 20th, cancel on the 21st at 10:00 AM → within 24 hours and well before move-in → full refund.
• Paid on the 26th at 9:00 AM, cancel on the 26th at 4:00 PM → within 24 hours, but less than 24 hours before 3:00 PM on the 27th → not free; the before-move-in table applies (see "How much do I get back if I cancel before moving in?").
• Paid on your move-in day → never eligible for free cancellation.

How to cancel: My bookings → the booking → "Cancel Booking". The screen shows the exact refund before you confirm. Refunds go back to the same card; your bank may take 3–7 business days to show it.
