I set a future move-out date. When is my refund processed?

On the move-out date you chose — not on the day you submit. Until then nothing changes: your booking stays Now staying, the estimated refund is shown, and you keep full use of the room. On that date the system processes the cancellation and sends the refund to your card.

• You can submit again before that date to change the move-out date or reason; the latest submission counts.
• No new installments start after your chosen move-out date. Installments that start before it are still charged as scheduled.
• The refund amount is calculated with the same 30-day rule as any early move-out.
