Is the cleaning fee refunded if I cancel?

Before move-in, yes — 100% as long as you cancel 16 or more days before your move-in date (no cleaning has happened yet). From 15 days before move-in, and after you have moved in, the cleaning fee is not refunded, because the move-out cleaning will be needed.

• Within 24 hours of paying (free cancellation) everything is refunded, including the cleaning fee.
• The cleaning fee is paid once, in the first installment, and never charged again.
