Can I change my move-in date or stay length after requesting?
Updated
Before you pay, cancel the pending request and send a new one with the right dates — nothing is charged for a pending request. After your contract is confirmed, open your booking and tap "Request a date change":
- Move in earlier or stay longer: added as a connected contract you pay for once the host approves (see "I want to stay longer").
- Move in later (up to 29 days, within your first payment period, and your stay can't become shorter than the listing's minimum stay): the unused days of rent, maintenance and service fee are refunded on your new move-in date. The cleaning fee is not refunded.
- Move out earlier before you move in (up to 30 days, not below the listing's minimum stay): the unused days are refunded on the new move-out date.
Send a request by 11:59 PM (Korea time) the day before the date it depends on — your last Move-out date for a longer stay, your new Move-in date for moving in earlier, your original Move-in date for moving in later or moving out earlier before you move in, and your new Move-out date for an agreed early move-out. Your host must reply within 24 hours, and at the latest by midnight at the start of that date; if they don't, the request expires. The request screen shows the exact reply deadline and amount before you send. One change at a time — you can withdraw a request until it is carried out. If you cancel after moving your move-in date, cancellation fees are based on your original move-in date; once that date has passed, the early move-out rules apply.
