How do I delete my account? Can I undo it?

Go to My › Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom. Your account is paused immediately and kept for 30 days; log in within those 30 days and tap Restore to get it back. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.
Before you delete:
- Pending requests (not yet paid) are cancelled and will not come back if you restore.
- You cannot delete while you have an active contract or an unpaid installment.
- During the 30 days you cannot sign up again with the same email. Marketing messages stop at once.
- Reviews you wrote stay, and your name on them becomes anonymous after deletion. Records we must keep by law are retained under the Privacy Policy.
