R. Oui — Une fois le paiement effectué, vous pouvez obtenir une attestation de contrat de location.

Ce document peut servir de justificatif de domicile pour la carte de séjour (ARC), le renouvellement de visa ou les démarches auprès de votre établissement scolaire. Il contient toutes les informations nécessaires : bailleur, locataire, adresse du logement, durée du contrat, montant du loyer et historique des paiements.

Voici comment l'obtenir :

1. Dès le premier paiement validé, un bouton apparaît dans Détails de la réservation → Attestation de contrat de location
2. Choisissez la langue demandée par l'organisme destinataire entre la version coréenne / version anglaise
3. Utilisez la fonction d'impression de votre navigateur pour sauvegarder en PDF ou imprimer sur papier, et le tour est joué (aucune limite de réémission)

Même avant le paiement, vous pouvez vérifier le contenu à l'avance grâce à l'aperçu de l'attestation de contrat de location sur la page de paiement. Si vous souhaitez voir à quoi ressemble le document, vous pouvez consulter un modèle de contrat.

Selon le bureau de l'immigration, des pièces justificatives supplémentaires peuvent être demandées. Le cas échéant, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter avec votre numéro de contrat et nous vous aiderons.

From the moment your first payment goes through, and at any time after that — even after your contract ends. Open the booking and tap "Lease certificate", pick Korean or English, and print or save as PDF. Before payment (status Payment pending) you can only see a watermarked preview, which has no legal effect.

Available for: Confirmed, Move-in, Now staying, Expired bookings.

Not available for: requests the host has not approved, cancelled or declined bookings, and bookings ended by early move-out with a refund (the dates would no longer match).

• Everyone listed under Guest details appears as a tenant.
• Amounts are in Korean won; dates are written in the chosen language's format.
• Re-issuing is unlimited and free.

Yes — open the sample page to see exactly what the certificate looks like in Korean and English, including the sections for the parties, the address, the contract period, the rent and the booking number. Show it to your school or immigration office in advance if you want to confirm it will be accepted.

Contact us with your booking number and tell us exactly what the office asked for (a photo of the request helps). Offices differ in what they want beyond the lease certificate — for example a landlord ID copy, a building register extract or proof of payment — and we will help you get what is possible.

• The certificate itself can be verified: the office can email help@homesinkor.com with the booking number.
• Allow a few days before your appointment for anything that depends on the host.
