Three private rooms - Large, Medium and Small - sharing a full kitchen and living room. Fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. Electricity, water, gas, internet and building management are all included in the monthly price. A one-month deposit applies; there is no key money.

Refund policy · Cancellation before move-in

Once payment is completed, you can issue a Certificate of Lease Agreement (Korean/English) anytime. It serves as proof of residence for alien registration (ARC), visa extension, and school submission.
