The neighbourhood sits at the foot of Inwangsan, one of central Seoul's better hiking trails, and Hongje Waterfall is walkable. Two private rooms: Large with a Queen bed (sleeps two), Medium with a super single. Shared kitchen and living room, fully furnished. Electricity, water, gas, internet and building management are all included in the monthly price. A one-month deposit applies; there is no key money.

Once payment is completed, you can issue a Certificate of Lease Agreement (Korean/English) anytime. It serves as proof of residence for alien registration (ARC), visa extension, and school submission.
