Tenants get a private rooftop plus a small outdoor terrace, and Simone, the neighbourhood cat who shows up for food. Quiet residential setting despite being a few blocks from one of Seoul's most famous food streets. Itaewon Station (Line 6) is about 9 minutes on foot, Noksapyeong Station about 10 minutes, and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. Three private rooms - Large, Medium and Small - sharing a full kitchen and a living room with TV. Fully furnished. Electricity, water, gas, internet and building management are all included in the monthly price. A one-month deposit applies; there is no key money.

Refund policy · Cancellation before move-in

Once payment is completed, you can issue a Certificate of Lease Agreement (Korean/English) anytime. It serves as proof of residence for alien registration (ARC), visa extension, and school submission.
