Early move-out after move-in
If you move out early, 30 days of fees from your move-out date are charged as an early move-out fee.
Once payment is completed, you can issue a Certificate of Lease Agreement (Korean/English) anytime. It serves as proof of residence for alien registration (ARC), visa extension, and school submission.
