Room 1 approx. 10.5 m², Room 2 approx. 9.4 m². - Each room is equipped with a super single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, air conditioning/heating, and Wi-Fi. - The bathroom (bathtub, bidet) is shared only by the guests of the two rooms. The host lives separately in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. - The washer and dryer are shared. Please inquire regarding kitchen use. - Electricity, water, gas, and internet are included in the maintenance fee. - A 7-minute walk to Gwangmyeong Sageori Station (Line 7); 2 stops from Gasan Digital Complex Station. House Rules 1. Only 1 guest per room. No visitors or overnight guests allowed. 2. No smoking anywhere indoors or on the balcony. No pets allowed. 3. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Please use earphones for phone calls and music. 4. Please wipe down moisture and clean up hair after using the bathroom. 5. Please sort and dispose of waste according to the apartment's recycling rules. I will explain them on move-in day. 6. Please turn off the air conditioner and heating when you go out. 7. The front door passcode will be provided before move-in. Please do not share it with others. It will be changed after you move out. 8. Please leave the room in its original condition upon moving out. Any damage or loss will be charged at actual cost.
