What is included in the price?

The price you see is per 30 days and covers rent plus maintenance fee. On top of that you pay a one-time cleaning fee (first payment only) and a service fee on every installment. There is no deposit.

Your first payment =

1. Rent for the first 30 days
2. Maintenance fee for the first 30 days
3. Cleaning fee — once per contract
4. Service fee — a percentage of (rent + maintenance). The rate depends on the property type and the exact amount is shown on the request screen before you send it.

From the second installment on you pay rent + maintenance + service fee only. If your contract does not divide evenly into 30 days, the last installment is prorated for the remaining days. All amounts are rounded down to the nearest ₩100.

Not included: separately metered utilities, if the listing says so (see "Do I pay for electricity, water and gas separately?").
