Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes, and it is set by each host. The minimum is shown on the listing as "N days / min" and is at least 7 days; most listings start at 28 days. The calendar will not let you pick a move-out date shorter than the minimum.

• When you tap a move-in date, the move-out date is auto-filled to the minimum; you can then choose a later date.
• Contracts shorter than 30 days are charged for the actual number of days (prorated).
• You can book up to 12 months ahead.
