When is the second payment charged?

On your move-in day, automatically, at about 3:10 PM Korea time. Rent is prepaid: the first payment covered your first 30 days, so the second installment — for days 31 to 60 — is charged the day you move in. There is no separate reminder before it.
- Make sure your card has enough balance on move-in day.
- If the charge fails, the installment shows as Overdue and we retry daily; you can also pay manually from your booking (see "My payment is overdue").
- This applies to contracts longer than 60 days that pay monthly. Contracts of 60 days or less are paid in full up front and have no second payment.
