Do I get a discount for a longer contract?

Some hosts do. If a listing offers a long-stay discount, you will see a badge on the room card and a table on the listing page showing the thresholds (for example 90+ days −5%, 180+ days −10%). Up to three tiers are possible.

• The discount applies to rent and maintenance fee. The cleaning fee is not discounted.
• The service fee is calculated on the discounted amount, so it goes down too.
• The discounted price is locked in when your contract is created. If you move out early, the discount is not taken back.
