Approval and payment each get 24 hours, so a request becomes a confirmed contract within 48 hours at most.

Find a room → request a contract → host approves → pay → move in.
A request isn't a contract. The host has to approve it first.
The host has 24 hours, then you have 24 hours to pay — miss either and it's cancelled.
Cards issued outside Korea work fine.
There is no security deposit. You pay rent, maintenance, a service fee and a one-time cleaning fee.
A service fee is added to every installment; the rate depends on the property type and the exact amount is shown on the request screen.
Rent is paid in advance, charged automatically every 30 days from the second installment.
Cancel 31+ days before move-in for a full refund; within 15 days there is none.
