STEP 01
Find a room
Pick your area and move-in dates on the map, and you'll only see rooms that match. Found one you like? Send the host an inquiry to ask anything first.

STEP 02
Request a contract
Choose your move-in and move-out dates, fill in your guest details, and send the request to the host. The request screen shows your monthly cost and the full payment schedule up front.

- Status becomes 'Approval pending'
A request alone doesn't confirm anything — the host has to approve it.
STEP 03
The host approves
The host approves or declines your request from their contract screen. If they don't respond within 24 hours, the request is cancelled automatically. The moment they approve, you get a notification and a payment notice in chat.

If the host doesn't reply in time, the request simply expires — no money moves, because you haven't paid yet.
STEP 04
Pay
You have 24 hours after approval to make the first payment; after that the request is cancelled automatically. Cards issued outside Korea (AMEX · DINERS · DISCOVER · JCB · MASTER · VISA) and corporate cards both work.

STEP 05
Move in, pay monthly, move out
Once confirmed, the host's contact details are revealed and you can check in from 3:00 PM on your move-in date. From the second installment onward your saved card is charged every 30 days, and when the contract ends you vacate by 11:00 AM on your move-out date.

Rent is paid in advance. On your move-in day, the next installment is charged automatically to your saved card.
