You pay the first month on the day you sign
Even before you move in, the first installment (rent, utilities, service fee, cleaning) is charged on the day the contract is made.

Paying is what confirms the contract
The moment the first payment goes through, the room is yours — and the refund rules start applying from that point.

After that, it's automatic every 30 days
If your contract runs longer than 30 days, the card you registered is charged automatically every 30 days from the second installment on. Nothing for you to do. (The second installment is charged on your move-in day.)

The leftover period is prorated
If your contract doesn't divide evenly into 30 days, the final installment covers only the remaining days.
