House Rules & Precautions - Noise Policy As the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please refrain from loud noises and parties after 9:00 PM out of respect for the neighbors. - Prohibited Activities • No outside visitors or unregistered guests allowed • Strictly no smoking indoors (a 200,000 KRW fee will be charged if detected) • Pets are not allowed (may result in immediate eviction if found) • If unauthorized guests beyond the booked number are confirmed, an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per night will be charged - Parking Information On-site parking is not available. Using public transportation is highly recommended. - Check-out Checklist • Wash and put away all used dishware • Separate and dispose of trash according to the provided instructions • Tidy up the space before leaving • Always ensure the front door is securely locked when going out or checking out - Damages & Loss Compensation costs will be charged for any damaged or missing facilities or items on the property. Guests are responsible for their own valuables and lost items; the host assumes no liability. - Pest Control Notice The accommodation undergoes regular cleaning and pest control. However, given the nature of a residential area, insects may enter when doors or windows are opened; refunds are not available for this reason. - Rental Agreement Notice This accommodation operates as a "short-term residential lease," and certain daily necessities and consumables may not be provided.
