House Rules & Precautions - Noise Policy Because the accommodation is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please refrain from loud noises, loud music, and using the washing machine after 9:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. - Prohibitions • No visits or overnight stays by guests other than the registered number of guests • Strictly no smoking indoors • Pets are not allowed • Parties and excessive noise are prohibited • If unregistered visitors are detected, an additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per night will be charged - Parking Information On-site parking is not available. Please check nearby paid parking lots using apps such as Modu Parking, Seoul Parking Information, or Jumansa. Public transportation is strongly recommended. - Checklist Before Check-out • Wash and put away all used dishware • Separate and dispose of trash according to the provided instructions • Briefly tidy up the space before leaving • Make sure the front door is securely locked whenever leaving and upon check-out - Damages & Lost Items Guests will be charged for any damage to or loss of property and amenities inside the accommodation. The host is not responsible for personal valuables or lost items, so please manage your belongings carefully. - Pest Control Notice The property is regularly serviced for pest control. However, given the nature of a residential area close to Namsan Mountain, bugs may enter when doors or windows are opened.
