No bedding or amenities provided. 2. Please clean the unit yourself (no cleaning fee). 3. Please take off your shoes upon entering. 4. Restore the unit to its original condition upon check-out. 5. The accommodation cannot be used for purposes other than residential use, and illegal activities or activities causing complaints are prohibited. 6. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited inside the accommodation and building. Violation will result in a special cleaning fee of 500,000 KRW and restoration costs borne by the tenant. 7. Actual repair/replacement costs may be charged for damage or loss of facilities, appliances, furniture, and fittings within the accommodation. 8. Upon check-out, if excessive dirt, trash left behind, foul odors, oil stains, etc., exceed the scope of normal cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. 9. An additional charge may be incurred if utility fees are excessive. Violation of prohibited items will result in immediate check-out without refund. This is a home, not a hotel. Issues such as odors, insects, and household noise that can occur in a home may arise. (The house is kept quiet and clean, so there have been no such issues yet.^^) ☆ There is a deposit of 500,000 KRW.
