Times Square Koov, Yeonhui-dong

KOENHello, Our home is located in a quiet residential area near Yonsei University's west gate. It's an officetel-style goshiwon equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. It offers a stable living environment with spacious rooms and soundproofing that can't be compared to other goshiwons. Right across the street are hot places leading to Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae, which will occasionally bring vitality to your life. We have recently finished remodeling and are waiting for our first tenants!!! Those who understand and can practice rules and common sense in communal living are welcome.
