Welcome! Leeum Studio is a fully furnished, studio-type gositel. 24-hour free access and 6 parking spaces are available, the kitchen and laundry room are shared, and all utilities are included. Each room is equipped with an LED TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, desk, chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, shoe rack, sofa bed, IPTV, 100M fiber-optic internet, and a private bathroom. We have done our best to prepare these amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for students on short- or long-term leases, working professionals needing temporary housing, and those preparing for exams.
