We kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines: • All smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors (fire alarms are active in each room; a fine of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking). • Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering. In Korea, it is customary to remove shoes indoors. • Cabinets or furniture with locks or safety catches store operational supplies, so please do not open them. • Please do not move any furniture or decor. • As it is located in a residential area, please be mindful not to make loud noises after 10:00 PM. • Parking in front of the accommodation is not available. Please use a nearby public parking lot. - Seongdong-gu Songjeong-dong Public Parking Lot - Daejin Private Parking Lot - Seongdong District Tax Office Parking Lot • Only light cooking is allowed (cooking strong-smelling foods like fish or barbecue is not permitted). • Additional hourly fees apply for early check-in or late check-out (please let us know in advance if you wish to adjust your time). - Early check-in / Late check-out → 10,000 KRW per hour • Pets are not allowed. • For safety reasons, unauthorized additional guests or visitors beyond the booked number are not permitted. • Additional fees may be charged in the event of damage or severe staining to the property. • For long-term stays, cleaning service is available once a week (please request in advance). • Due to seasonal factors and the building structure, insects from outside (mosquitoes, small flies, cockroaches, etc.) may occasionally appear. Once payment is completed, you can issue a Certificate of Lease Agreement (Korean/English) anytime. It serves as proof of residence for alien registration (ARC), visa extension, and school submission.
