Please note that only Kookmin University students (international students, language school students, exchange students, etc.) are eligible to move in, as all residents are Kookmin University students. Operating strictly on a single-occupancy policy, each room is a private, fully furnished studio equipped with basic home appliances and amenities. - This accommodation is eligible for Alien Registration Card (ARC) issuance. - It is located in a quiet residential area, and everyone living in the DAON STAY building is a Kookmin University student. - Various amenities such as convenience stores, laundromats, supermarkets, cafes, clinics, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, and bus stops are within a 5-minute walk, making everyday life very convenient. - The nearest bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, allowing you to reach Hongdae, Seongsu, Ewha, Sinchon, Seoul Station, and other destinations within an hour via public transit.
