A Coway hot and cold water purifier is installed for your convenience, eliminating the need to buy or store bottled water. Equipped with a storage bed frame, large sliding wardrobe, personal desk, and open shelving, it makes storing everything from clothes to daily essentials convenient. Lease Agreement & Basic Terms Minimum Lease Term: The minimum lease term is 12 weeks. Eligibility: Currently operated as a female-only house. House Rules & Consideration Visitor/Guest Restrictions: For the safety and privacy of all residents, visits and overnight stays by outsiders (friends, family, opposite gender) are strictly prohibited. Noise & Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful environment for everyone, please be mindful of noise and common area usage during quiet hours (22:00 – 07:00). No Smoking: The entire indoor area (including bedrooms, balconies, and bathrooms) is strictly non-smoking. Pets: To maintain a clean environment and prevent allergies, pets are not allowed. 3.
