It can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for travel, business trips, month-long stays, hospital visits, temporary housing before or after moving, or temporary stays during home renovations. This space is located near Yongridan-gil, a popular area in Yongsan. Yongridan-gil is filled with trendy cafes, great restaurants, dessert shops, wine bars, and local hot spots.
You can access various places on foot, making it perfect for those who want to experience Seoul's local vibe. It is also close to Itaewon, Seoul Station, and central Seoul, making it a great base to explore both major tourist attractions and local neighborhoods. Recommended for: * Guests who want to stay in central Seoul * Guests who want to easily walk to great restaurants and cafes * Guests who prefer a quiet local neighborhood over crowded tourist spots * Guests looking for a convenient location with easy access to major areas in Seoul ✈️ Location & Accessibility This space is located near Samgakji Station and Yongsan Station. Pets are also not allowed. If traces of smoking or pets are found, a special cleaning fee may be charged. This is a residential building shared by multiple households.
Please be mindful of noise, especially late at night. Guests must dispose of and separate all trash prior to check-out. Trash must be separated by category: * General waste * Recyclables * Food waste Detailed instructions for trash disposal will be provided before check-in. Please refrain from eating food on the bed.
 Please be careful not to let hair or foreign objects enter the sink or bathroom drains.
 Repair fees may be charged if pipes become clogged due to hair or debris. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, heating, and the boiler when going out for extended periods.
 Additional utility fees may apply if electricity or gas usage is excessive. In case of damage, loss, or severe staining of items, replacement or repair fees may be charged based on the cost of a new item.
