This is a single room in a premium share house exclusively for women. Equipped with a super single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, individual air conditioner, and bedding. Just one block away, you can experience the lively atmosphere unique to Sinchon, but the house itself is located in a quiet residential area. Korean students and exchange students from Ewha, Yonsei, and Sogang Universities are living together and having a great time. An added bonus: opportunities to experience foreign languages and cultures in daily life! Female tenants only. No smoking, no pets. Monthly cleaning service (common areas) average once a month. Utilities included: electricity, gas, heating, water, internet, toilet paper, standard trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap. Utilities not included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and other personal items. Recycling and food waste disposal are done on a rotating schedule. Friends can visit during the day, limited to female friends, but housemates must be notified in advance. We are looking for women who are considerate and enjoy living together!
