- When does it arrive
- Payouts start on the day the guest moves in. The first payout is sent within 6 business days of the move-in date, and every 30 days after that.
- How much arrives
- Rent plus maintenance. The first month also includes the move-out cleaning fee (charged once per contract).
- So who pays the service fee
- The guest does. A service fee is added to every installment; the rate depends on the property type and the exact amount is shown on the request screen.
- Where does it arrive
- To the payout account you registered. With several properties you can set a different account for each one.
- Do I collect the rent myself?
- No. It is charged to the guest's card automatically every 30 days. We pay you out for each installment once it has been paid.
- What if the guest leaves early?
- Leaving before the contract ends triggers a cancellation charge, and that charge belongs to you. It is included in your payout.
