I noticed your budget is around ₩2,300,000 for 2 guests — if you could find one more friend to join (3 guests total), the cost per person would actually work out very close to what we offer at our Itaewon location. Our place is currently listed on Airbnb as a superhost-rated multi-bedroom home with 4 queen beds, sleeping up to 8, normally priced at ₩200,000/night on weekdays and ₩260,000/night on weekends. Through a partnership with Homes in Korea, we also offer a discounted long-term rate exclusively for exchange students (3+ month contracts only). Split three ways, it would come out to about the same as your current budget — but with more space and a great location near Itaewon, right at the foot of Namsan, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés.
