Hello! We are a group of 4 female students looking for accommodation for a 4-month stay. Our requirements are: * Deposit: ₩3,000,000–₩6,000,000 * Monthly rent: Up to ₩2,400,000 for all 4 people (up to ₩600,000 per person) * Lease term: 4 months * Location: Preferably near Yonsei University (Sinchon / Ewha / Hongdae / Hapjeong), but we are also open to better and more affordable options a little further away. * Structure: Preferably an apartment with 4 private bedrooms, but 2–3 bedrooms with 1–2 separate beds in each room is also okay.

Units 401 and 402 are located right next to each other. You can stay in Room 401 from August 24 to September 30, and in Room 402 after that for as long as you wish. An extra bed can also be provided. You can take an express train from Bucheon Station on Line 1 and transfer to Line 2 at Sindorim Station. Among the accommodations, Rooms 401 and 402 are right next to each other. Since time is tight right now, it may be difficult to meet both your desired dates and accommodation preferences. Staying in Room 401 from 8/24 to 9/30 and then finding another place if it feels too far could be an option. An extra bed can also be provided. (Room 402 was blocked off for personal residence, but we can make it available if you prefer.) The interior is spacious, and the outdoor terrace is exceptionally large, allowing for a comfortable stay in Korea. You can reach Hapjeong, Itaewon, and more directly via Line 6, and travel comfortably by bus to Yonsei University, Ewha Womans University, and Hongdae. Be the first guest at our newly opened 3-bedroom accommodation where you can enjoy a comfortable stay ^^
