Looking for a one year rental for my H-1

I do not want a semi-basement apartment. I would like a place with a large window and good natural light. I would prefer a furnished apartment, ideally with a bed, refrigerator, washing machine, and air conditioning. I would like to be within a 10-minute walk from a subway station. I would also like to be within 30 minutes of Itaewon by public transportation. I need a place where foreigner registration (ARC) is possible.

Hello! This accommodation meets most of the criteria you listed. It is a 2-minute walk from our place to Mangwon Station on Line 6, and it takes 16 minutes from Mangwon Station to Itaewon Station. The room is equipped with a bed, furniture, refrigerator, and air conditioner, and you can use the washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, etc., in the shared space for free. However, the earliest move-in date is November 23, and while the monthly rent is higher than your budget, there is no deposit or maintenance fee other than the rent, so please consider it favorably^^ Thank you.
