It is not a guesthouse or a sharehouse, but I recommend it because you can comfortably have the space all to yourself :) Located near Seoul Station, it’s in a convenient location to get to universities, as well as anywhere else in Seoul during your stay. Hello, while not located in Hongdae/Sinchon, this is a female-only share house with subway access to Hongik University Station (Gyeongui-Jungang Line). It is a 10-minute walk to Cheongnyangni Station, and it takes 30 minutes by subway from Cheongnyangni Station to Hongik University Station. This is a private room with a private bathroom in a share house :)
