Hello, I am looking for a studio—ideally a fully furnished one-room apartment—meeting the following criteria (listed in order of preference): - Double bed - AC - Window facing outside (for good ventilation) - Plenty of closet or storage space (I have a lot of belongings) - Good soundproofing (I’d prefer not to hear neighbors at all hours) - Rent of 1,000,000W maximum or less per month, all-inclusive (meaning the total cost, even if some fees aren't technically part of the base rent) - Close to my university if possible (I attend Dongguk University). I also want to visit before if it's possible too, my current living is very far from my university that's why I want to move as soon as possible.
