Hi, My name is Valentin Beharel, and I am from France. I am an electrical engineer and will be studying at Korea University as an MBA student at the Graduate School of Business for one year, starting in mid-August. I am looking for a private apartment to rent and would appreciate your help. Here are my preferences: • Within 20 minutes of Korea University by walking or public transport. • A private studio, one-room, or officetel (no shared accommodation or goshiwon). • Between 20 and 40 m². • Preferably in a modern or recently built building with an elevator, secure entrance, and CCTV. • Fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, and basic kitchen appliances). • Private bathroom and kitchen. • Good natural light and a clean, modern interior. • Individual heating is preferred. • Wi-Fi is required. • My top priorities are the overall cleanliness of the place, a modern bathroom, new appliances, and being close to campus. My expected move-in date is around mid-August, and I will stay for one year. My budget is around ₩1,300,000 per month, including maintenance fees. I am also flexible regarding the deposit depending on the apartment. If you have any suitable properties, you can contact me.
