SodamSodam is primarily a long-term residential space with a standard contract term of one year. However, in unavoidable cases such as for international residents, we also offer short-term contracts for at least six months at a time. As SodamSodam is a community house, all expenses must be paid on a monthly basis. In particular, rent must be paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Please note that there is a penalty for early termination of the contract. Deposit: 2,000,000 KRW (paid on your contract day) / Monthly rent: 570,000–600,000 KRW (paid in advance on the 1st of every month) / Monthly management fee: 90,000–130,000 KRW (covers internet, gas, etc.) Our tenants come from diverse nationalities and occupations, including office workers and Seoul National University (SNU) students. SodamSodam is popular enough to have been featured in various media outlets and reliable enough to be officially registered on the Seoul Metropolitan Government's community housing platform, leading to a high volume of recent inquiries. We have received many move-in inquiries from Seoul National University students. Seowon Station on the newly opened subway line is adjacent to SodamSodam, making the commute to Seoul National University less than 15 minutes by train. Thanks to this new subway connection and our close proximity to campus, SNU students find SodamSodam very appealing. Furthermore, SodamSodam operates 24-hour CCTV surveillance and is located right next to a police station, providing an exceptionally safe environment for women.
