Prices vary by room type and layout, ranging from ₩50,000 to ₩100,000 differences. - Suite Room: ₩720,000 ~ ₩830,000 (9.9m2 ~ ) - Deluxe Room: ₩580,000 ~ ₩680,000 (7.2m2 ~ 8.2m2) - Standard Room: ₩520,000 ~ ₩550,000 (6.5m2 ~ 7.2m2) ※ Note: Average gosiwon size is 3.5m2~4.5m2 Even our smallest Standard room is comparable in size to a room in a typical apartment. There are no additional management fees for electricity, water, gas, internet, or Wi-Fi besides the room charge. (Savings mode activated!) ★ Are there any vacant rooms? ★ - Vacancies are rare. This is due to our spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and comfortable amenities, making us the top one-roomtel in Seocho-dong. Uncomparable to other gosiwons. ★ Do rooms have bathrooms, showers, and external windows? ★ - All State Rack rooms include a private bathroom, shower, and external window. They are also fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, large hanger, storage, individual air conditioning, drum washing machine, two-door refrigerator (with freezer), and microwave. ★ How do I do laundry? ★ - All rooms, except for room 309, come with a private drum washing machine. ★ Is soundproofing good? ★ - You won't be bothered by everyday noise. - However, please avoid intentionally shouting. :) ★ Is smoking allowed? ★ - Our advanced fire safety system will immediately trigger an alarm if smoking occurs indoors. - If a fire alarm sounds, 911 may be dispatched, so indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Please comply with this rule. - There will be no compromise if indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is detected. This will result in immediate eviction and potential civil liability.
