Welcome to Laszlo & Co., where the warm sentiment of traditional Hanok naturally blends with a modern sensibility, offering you a peaceful rest. • This accommodation is officially licensed for Foreign Tourist Urban Homestay business and legally provides shared lodging services for both domestic and international guests. • Operating under the WeHome regulatory sandbox for shared lodging, this property legally serves domestic Korean guests as well. • You have exclusive use of the entire space. • Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are all available for your free use. • Basic household appliances such as a washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave, and air fryer are available. • Essential kitchen utensils and tableware are provided for light cooking. ⚠️ This accommodation has been lovingly prepared. We kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines: • All smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors (fire alarms are active in each room; a fine of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking). • Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering. In Korea, it is customary to remove shoes indoors. • Cabinets or furniture with locks or safety catches store operational supplies, so please do not open them. • Please do not move any furniture or decor. • As it is located in a residential area, please be mindful not to make loud noises after 10:00 PM. • Parking in front of the accommodation is not available.
