Hello..^^ Our goshiwon is the closest goshiwon to Sillim Station. Located just a 1-minute walk from Exit 5, it is a prime station-area goshiwon. We recently took over management and fully remodeled it, transforming it into a much more pleasant and comfortable space. With 24-hour CCTV, fire insurance, sprinklers, and official fire safety certification (Gwanak Fire Station), we prioritize safety, hygiene, and resident convenience above all else. Personal shoe racks, the latest LG Tromm (washer + dryer), irons, electric cooktops, and various cookware are provided, as well as basic supplies like rice, kimchi, seasonings, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and soap. Air conditioning operates both individually and centrally. A spacious rooftop rest area is available to use as a terrace, just like in a standalone building. Moving-in address registration is also possible.
