Single rooms cost 370,000–380,000, 400,000, 420,000, and 450,000 won. Double rooms cost 600,000–650,000 won. If you use a double room alone, it is 550,000 won. All rooms have a private bathroom, individual air conditioner, and an exterior window. Electric mats and hot water mats are available to borrow for those who need them. No deposit required. No additional costs other than the rent. However, for fairness, those who park will be charged an extra 20,000 won. Parking is available for up to 5 cars in total, so parking is possible if there is an open spot. The walls are 20cm ALC block walls, so there is less noise than anywhere else. Thank you.
