Hello, we are a residence located 200 meters from Exit 15 of Jongno 3-ga Station :) We are located on the 4th and 5th floors of a building with a Starbucks on floors 1–3. Directly managed by a female manager in her 40s, the heating keeps it warm in winter, and individual ACs are installed in every room for summer.
