[Location & Neighborhood] We are conveniently located near the main gate of Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU). The area is surrounded by cafes, convenience stores, and marts, making it an ideal place to live. [Room Amenities] Every room features a large exterior window and a private bathroom. Washer/Dryer combo Individual air conditioner 2-door refrigerator (separate freezer/fridge) Microwave, wardrobe, and cabinets Single-sized bed with high clearance underneath for storing suitcases and luggage. [Reservation & Contract Terms] Reservation Fee: 500,000 KRW (This will be converted into your security deposit upon move-in). Cancellation Policy: * Full refund is available if canceled at least one month prior to the move-in date. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after that period. Contract Unit: A standard 1-month contract consists of 29 nights and 30 days. Short-term Stays: For stays of less than one month, a full month's rent must be paid. For extensions of less than one month, the rate is calculated at 30,000 to 35,000 KRW per day. Early Termination: If you move out before the contract ends, a penalty of 500,000 KRW will apply (the security deposit will be used as the penalty and will not be returned). Cleaning Fee: A basic cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit upon move-out. Additional charges may apply for waste disposal or special deep-cleaning if necessary. [House Rules] No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A first offense will result in a warning; a second offense will result in immediate eviction. In this case, neither the deposit nor the paid rent will be refunded. Single Occupancy: Only one person is allowed per room. Outside guests are strictly prohibited from entering. Noise Etiquette: Please be mindful of your neighbors. Avoid loud phone/video calls, loud media usage, or using the washing machine late at night.
